The Dark Lord is dead. Unfortunately, we have also lost two of our finest. The Longbottoms are no longer with us. I am aware this hardly seems like a victory at the moment, and I encourage you all to mourn however you see fit. We will take action after a respectful pause.

Do not trust anyone outside of the Order for the time being. It is possible that we have a spy among us. Whoever it is, he or she will be weeded out and obliterated. I have lost the patience for mercy. With so few we can trust, I will not risk the outcome of this war for another moment. We are through wasting time with niceties. If you find yourself among Death Eaters, aim to kill. They would like nothing more than to do the same to us and will likely try. I expect you all to be strong and vigilant in the upcoming weeks. The tide is turning.
